Infrastructure

• Warehousing :

  A total area of 30,000 square feet of owned and leased warehouses enables us to store an excess of 2,500 metric tones of products which is almost equivalent to 100x40 foot containers. Our warehousing capacity encompasses various temperatures ranging from dry, to ambient (+18) to chilled (+4) and even frozen (-18). Thus, we are able to accommodate a large product basket across the temperature board.

• Roastery:

  The roasting facility is made up of 8 nut roasters, 1 coffee bean roasters, capable of roasting up to 5 metric tones per day. We provide roasting services for our wholesale and retail departments, as well as other customers.

• Spice mill :

  at a daily capacity of 1 metric tonne, the spice mill operation provides fresh top quality products to all our customer base

• Delivery :

  Our 48 trucks and vans are able to deliver more than 50 metric tones of products daily to our customers. Our distribution network covers all the emirates and major and minor cities of the UAE.

• Sales force :

  our well trained 25 person strong sales force caters to a spectrum of different customers, providing excellent sales and after sales service to our partners.

• Our wholesale/export branch in Al Ras Wholesale Market, services a multitude of customers ranging from foreign clients in the region, local wholesalers and local distributors.

• IT :
